Through extensive consultation and co-design, we are proud to present our 2024–27 Logic Model (page 7-8) to you. This logic model is a visual representation of our program goals and objectives, built with shared understanding with our partners. It will serve as our plan for the next three years, with updates to be made to the activities each subsequent year.
