The AOHT is looking for Algoma residents to share their Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease (COPD) story with us. We are seeking patients or caregivers from across the Algoma District to provide lived experience insight that will support local COPD initiatives. This will be a one-time, confidential discussion.

We are seeking an older individual (55+) from the Algoma region to share experiences, provide insight and support healthy aging initiatives. Meetings will occur every six weeks for 90 minutes. To indicate your interest, please apply by filling out a form.
